Full House Re-Plaster — Victorian Terrace, Brentford

Complete strip-back and re-plaster of a 3-bed Victorian terrace. Original lime plaster had blown across 80% of the ground floor. We removed all failed material, stabilised the lath where salvageable, replaced sections with new expanded metal, and applied a two-coat gypsum skim. Ceilings were replaced entirely due to artex containing asbestos (managed with licensed surveyor). Project completed in 6 working days.

External Rendering — 1930s Semi-Detached, Reading

Removed failing cement render from the entire front and side elevations. The original brickwork showed signs of spalling from 40+ years of trapped moisture. We applied a breathable silicone render system with reinforcement mesh, finished in a warm grey tone. The homeowner reported a noticeable reduction in damp readings within weeks of completion.

Heritage Lime Plastering — Grade II Listed Cottage, Henley

A 17th-century cottage with original timber frame and wattle-and-daub infill panels. Previous owners had applied modern gypsum in several rooms, trapping moisture against the oak frame. We carefully removed all incompatible material, repaired the daub panels, and applied three-coat lime plaster using a traditional hair-reinforced mix.

Full dry lining package for a 40sqm loft conversion. Metal stud framework, thermal insulation between rafters, vapour barrier, and 12.5mm plasterboard throughout. All joints tape-and-jointed to a paint-ready finish. Completed in 4 working days.

Insulated Rendering — Solid Wall Property, Oxford

EWI system installation on a detached 1950s property with solid brick walls. 90mm EPS insulation boards fixed mechanically and adhesive-bonded, reinforcement mesh embedded in base coat, and a textured silicone topcoat applied. The homeowner's EPC rating improved from E to C.

Emergency Ceiling Repair — Apartment, Uxbridge

Emergency call-out for a ceiling collapse caused by an upstairs leak. We attended within 45 minutes, made the area safe, removed damaged plasterboard, dried the joists, installed new boards, and skimmed to a seamless finish. Total turnaround: 2 days including drying time.
