Original lime plaster had blown across 80% of the ground floor. We removed all failed material, stabilised the lath where salvageable, replaced sections with new expanded metal, and applied a two-coat gypsum skim. Ceilings were replaced entirely due to artex containing asbestos (managed with licensed surveyor). Project completed in 6 working days.
